Description:

-5+ years of experience in IT field is required. 2+ years in a supervisory role is required. Experience -A+ or Network + Certification along with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology highly preferred.-Considerable working knowledge of Call Center Help Desk procedures and functionality (5-10 agents).-Must be able to motivate and manage a team to inspire performance achieve consistent IT WOW results are achieved.-Must maintain professional dress both personally and within the department.-Must be available on call as a resource 24/7 for any immediate issues that may arise.-Must be able to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.-Must possess outstanding end-user service skills.-Ability to prioritize and perform well under pressure.-Basic phone and interpersonal networking skills required.-Ability to utilize knowledge and experience from previous technical issues and apply it to current and future technical problems.-Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System and general Microsoft troubleshooting. Basic network troubleshooting required.-Must be able to sort through complex issues and conduct comparative analysis of multiple solutions.-Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.-Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with end-users, employees, and the general public.

During the interview process they will pull out a computer and point to different parts and actually quiz them. They don't have time to train these individuals. He understands that they need to train them in the specialty carwash equipment, but they should know their way around the hardware/ break-fix world. Example: Give a computer and ask them to show him how to get into a system
