The IT Support Specialist will be a member of a talented, dispersed support team. This team member will provide technical support across a wide range of technologies for store, office and Distribution Centers.Core Responsibilities:- Ensure scanners are ready to use and in asset lockers -Ensure e-commerce printers are available and ready to use-Re-configure and re-scan IP scanners -Some tickets -End User Support -Pick carts (pick products to ship)-Laptop printer supportTechnologies:-HP printers, desktops, & laptops-Knowledge of how RF scanners and printers are used in distribution centers -Windows 10- Honeywell-Zebra printers-Android Other requirements:- 1+ years IT experience-Distribution center experience -Previous desktop support or technician experience is a plus -Must be able to walk a lot on concrete surfaces, stairs, and ladders-Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs without difficultyEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
