Complete the build-out of the preventive/predictive maintenance program and the maintenance storeroom, including all critical spare parts. Train, coach, mentor team so that they can perform at maximum efficiency across the entire site, including the boiler room. Oversee all functions involving maintenance of facilities and equipment.
