DescriptionOfficeTeam is working with a local company that has a great reputation in their industry and in Fort Wayne that needs a Human Resources Manager. This role would be temporary to full-time with extensive cross training.Duties:Implement personnel policies and procedures. Recommend new approaches to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Handle special assignments and projects as identified by the Manager, Human Resources in support of the Company's strategic business objectives, including, but not limited to domestic and international growth.Assists with recruitment tasks as needed. Assist managers and employees through the entire employment life cycle. Assist with the identification and notification of Workers Compensation to the Business Leader, Employee Benefits and assists third party administrators regarding claims management. Act in concert with objectives of safety and health programs by monitoring workplace with operations. Coordinate Employee Relations Programs.Assist with compliance of state, Federal and local law.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related area is required! Candidate must have 3 or more years of Human Resources experience.
