Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience with us

Channel customer insights to all areas of our business

Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers

Partner with appropriate departments / peers, as needed to brainstorm and execute solutions

Produce appropriate reporting

Able to effectively manage teams in areas of selection, motivation, coaching, development, diversity and foster teamwork and employee relations - if applicable

Manage and control expenses, set and monitor performance to budget

How you can set yourself apart

High school degree and college

Extensive experience of travel industry

Knowledge of global travel operations and account management

Knowledge of BCD Travel Operations (3) years’ experience in Operations

Knowledge of BCD Travel technology and GDS Sabre and Apollo

Skilled MSOffice (excel / power point) and email management

Ability to travel (25%)
