Indiana, Bloomington, 47401 Bloomington USADescription We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Internal Audit. The primary function of this role is to lead the financial statement scoping and manage the completion of ICFR and SOC testing within the business. Hybrid work schedule. Excellent leadership and team management abilities are required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Must have a firm understanding of accounting and financial practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. A relevant certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly desirable. Must have the ability to handle confidential information discretely. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is necessary. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Must have a high level of integrity and professionalism. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
