Desktop Support Analyst

Schedule:

Training (weeks 1-2): 8AM-4:30PM EST

Post training: start between 7-8:30AM, end time depending on start time

Possible weekend work 1-2 times/month

Things they are looking for:

Need to show that they're flexible with their schedules/hours: weekend work, weekly schedule varying (not often, but they will make sure they hire someone with flexibility)

Experience working with end users (your previous clinical experience is very relevant here as well because you have direct experience as a clinical end user)

A+ certification (if want to convert FTE)

Professionalism

OK being in structured/formal and fast-paced environment

Technical experience required:

Windows 10

Hardware/software troubleshooting

VDI/thin clients, remote desktop clients

Anything on resume
