Medical Front Desk Specialist

Description The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is looking for a self-motivated and detailed Front Desk Coordinator in the Minneapolis area. This position requires a friendly, flexible, and ambitious candidate able to work with a low level of maintenance. This position will allow you to surround yourself with successful people at a reputable healthcare organization. Responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service

Receiving, reviewing and distributing incoming mail according to specified procedures

Maintaining various office files and providing general office filing support

Assisting other administrative staff with support overflow work including word processing, data entry and other duties

1 year experience working as a medical assistant

High attention to detail

Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills

Daily positive attitude

High School diploma or equivalent

2 years continuous work experience in a medical office environment
