Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is bright, energetic, and approachable, providing the highest customer service to every customer regardless of the worth of the product the customer wants to purchase. Our ideal candidate is never satisfied with doing the bare minimum or being average: building a sales force to be reckoned with

Salary range: $44000 - $52000 per year.

• Maintain a high level of service to all accounts through regular face-to-face, email or phone contact with the customer’s key representatives.

• Respond timely to all inquiries from current and prospective customers.

• Interact well with others internally and externally, and be proactive in solving specific customer concerns.

• Accurately forecast business within a committed timeline.

• Develop a plan highlighting specific account strategies to meet or exceed established objectives effectively.

• Ensure that the our customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required

• 1-2 years proven success in working in a sales or business development

• Demonstrate proficiency with Sales systems

• Work with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities, and multitask

• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills

• Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environments

• Computer skills, Microsoft Office preferred

• Very outgoing along with strong self-direction

• Working knowledge and relationships within Agencies, Retail Companies, and Experiential Marketing Events preferred
