Schaumburg, ILOur client needs to hire a BA for the next 6 months. This role requires the right amount of experience with gathering requirements and technical knowledge. Looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with some Application Testing experience. A degree is not required but some college is preferred. location: Schaumburg, Illinoisjob type: Contractsalary: $45 - 50 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:- Analysts with insurance and business knowledge, responsible for requirements management, high level solution design and implementation support.- Maintains high level understanding of application and systems components and integration.- Acts as liaison between business people who have a business problem and technology people who know how to create automated solutions. Participates on business teams in performing need assessments and work flow analysis, business case construction, businesses process design and optimization activities.- Gathers details, and documents business requirements in a format that is useful to the technical developers.- Verifies that all requirements are testable and generates testing objectives.- Participates in design reviews.- Participates in UAT process. qualifications:- Experience level: Experienced
