Job Description: Overview:

Client is expanding the customer base for a key new product. Some of these new customers are critical to the success of the product as they have high-revenue potential and critical, contractual success measures that are tied to the revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Plans and sets project goals and milestones with the team
  • Identifies key metrics to help prioritize and monitor critical activities, ensuring consistent and effective tracking and reporting of progress
  • Develops, tracks, and maintains project plans and project deliverables and communicates on project milestones and progress on a regular basis
  • Maintains on-going documentation on project status and monitors progress towards completion while adjusting resources and plan accordingly to meet project requirements
  • Coordinates project meetings with cross-functional teams, generates meeting materials and produces post-meeting deliverables
  • Effectively works with the teams to identify/mitigate project risks and participates in the creation of risk contingency plans
  • Detects, tracks, and solves project issues effectively
  • Solicits customer feedback and adjusts processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years managing implementations of existing products, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with PPM Pro as a project management platform (preferred) or MS Project (secondary)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working with cross-functional, matrix-managed teams
  • Highly organized
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills - must be able to work confidently and effectively with multiple departments and levels within the company
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects without sacrificing the success of each
