Work through complex business practices to establish simple solutions using best of breed tools. Work with leadership and others to find the right solutions. Use creative approaches to drive and code solutions. Cooperate with key partners to deliver tested and reusable code in a quickly changing environment. Identify business needs and adapt solutions that align with the company goals.

Requirements

- Ability to develop end-to-end solutions that generate positive user experiences

- 3+ years experience with both front-end and back-end technologies - Knowledge of HTML and CSS

- Microsoft SQL Server and Linux experience

- Would be nice to have AWS Development experience

- Deep understanding of how a mobile user experience differs from the experience on a web or other application

- Serious knowledge of compatibility and cross-browser issues

- Record of caring for the technical needs of sites, apps and integrations with high volume traffic

- Eagerness to take and turn mockups into various web languages

- Hands-on experience with server-side languages
