General Maintenance / Handyman

A local property management company seeks a qualified individual for part time employment leading to full time employment at various properties in the Rockford and Stateline area. Individuals interested in the position should meet the following qualifications before applying:

- Must be 21 years old

- Must possess a criminal background free from felonies

- Must possess a valid Illinois driver's license

- Must have reliable transportation

- Smoke free is a plus

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

- Cleaning and general maintenance of apartment common areas

- Apartment turnovers

- Light electrical work (ex. switches and outlets)

- Light plumbing work (ex. drains and faucets)

- Light drywall work (ex. patching holes, etc.)

- Painting
