Job Summary: The primary responsibility for this role is to partner across SC Industrial Engineering, Operations, SC Systems, IT and other cross functional teams to drive facility performance including productivity, accuracy, capacity, and efficiency. This role performs daily management of engineered standards, reporting, and WLM (Warehouse Labor Management) production support. Broader responsibilities include project management, business analysis, budgeting support, facility layout maintenance in WLM, execute time studies, support Distribution system upgrades or implementations via system configuration and testing, and change management .

This position covers the following areas and travel is required for this role:

Region 3

RDC 1440 (Rockford, Illinois)

RDC 990 (Finlay, Ohio)

RDC 992 (North Vernon, Indiana)

Please Note: You are able to live near any of the facilities in Region 3.

Key Responsibilities: • Manages designated work stream to meet customer and business needs by translating business plans into tactical action items; communicating goals and objectives; overseeing work assignments; aligning team efforts; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying, communicating, and addressing improvement opportunities; assuming responsibility for decision making . • Support Distribution System (WLM and WMS- Warehouse Management System) upgrades or implementations via system configuration, testing, and change management . • Performs data entry as required for WLM and WMS Products at Enterprise level as required for escalation procedures. Researches and resolves any issues pertaining to data validity or report accuracy, identifies the cause(s), researches, assesses, solves and takes action to prevent problems from reoccurring. • Builds understanding and gains support for approved standards from senior management by communicating changes, answering in depth questions, and addressing larger cultural impacts .• Builds understanding and gains "buy-in" of approved standards by the appropriate DC personnel .• Maintains documentation for engineering notes, engineering records (such as time study data), standards, and pay variable definitions that describe operational methods .• Produces various performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis .• Meets at a regular cadence with DC management team for the DCs that they are responsible from to keep apprised of issues and opportunities, lending the engineering perspective to guide the facility towards the most ideal and strategic course of action .• Execute and coordinate engineered standard frequency audits. • Supports process improvements projects including Six Sigma Lean, Kaizen events, rapid improvement events . • Provides input to budgeting and process improvement at an enterprise level.

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field OR 5 years of experience in Industrial engineering or Retail Operations • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Access • Experience in time and motion studies, engineered labor standards development and implementation • Experience with a warehouse management system • Experience managing a cross-functional project from conception to implementation

Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years' experience with BY WMS (Warehouse Management System) and/or BY WLM (Warehouse Labor Management System) • Knowledge of Power BI or other BI Reporting
