Critical Work Role Position Performs: This req will be a new Proxy agency team member. We need a technical and experienced proxy expert. 100% remote

Here are some of the skills/background that would be helpful for a candidate for this position.

strong background with Blue Coat / Broadcom proxy environment, including management and troubleshooting on ProxySG platform. (Necessary)
- Policy management using Management Center (Good to have)
- Experience with WSS / Web Security Service (Good to have)
Experience with proxy auto-config (pac) files and basic Apache management (Good to have)
Basic experience with Linux environments (Necessary)
Experience with Palo Alto Prisma platform is a plus, creating policy and troubleshooting (Good to have)
Willingness to research/learn and Self-motivated (Necessary)

salary: $58 - 60 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

The role is primarily supporting the existing proxy environment. They don't implement/retire stuff very often, so the need is more for stuff like responding to incidents/requests, understanding and updating policy rules, and working with the vendor to troubleshoot issues.
