Title: Business system analyst or Project Manager

Location: North Chicago, ILDuration: 6 Months+

Locals Preferred

Primary Needs:• Position will reside within the Innovation, Architecture, and Infrastructure team at Client.• Business Systems Analyst will report to the Allergan End User Computing (EUC) and Collaboration Transition Program Manager, running day to day migration planning and coordination activities of the program. Program deals with the Client/Allergan Integration.• Responsible for leading weekly status and ad-hoc project-related meetings, e.g. migration planning etc.• Create and maintain Microsoft Project Plans for User Migration Machine (Email, Mobile, Desktop, O365 apps, etc.) \File Share\SharePoint Projects.• Create and maintain a master schedule of migrationso Users/Siteso Laptopso Mobile deviceso SharePoint siteso O365 applicationso Email• Responsible for moves\adds\changes of wave schedule for entire migration schedule.• Work with international counterparts to align on schedules.• Send and receive communications for the whole of the migration schedule.• Responsible for coordinating meetings with other cross-functional groups.• Assist Program Manager and Project Managers with documenting project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.• Escalate any issues and/or roadblocks to the Program Manager and Project Sponsor.• Strong management skillset, including proven ability to lead and drive project success.• Strong collaboration and communication skills given the high degrees of strategic impact, change, project complexity, and potential senior executive interactions.• Contract to run from candidate’s start date through end of July, 2021.• Will execute and deliver in line with below expectations.

Expectations:• Develop, execute, and manage migration schedules within the defined scope.• Ensure transparent reporting of migration schedule status, issues, and risks.• The individual will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.• Performs a variety of tasks.• Be able to work under general supervision.• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Specific Responsibilities:• Migration Schedule Control: Assess the degree to which changes to the migration schedule, issues and risks will affect the overall migration schedule. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original migration plan.• Executing Migration Schedule: Develops and executes the migration plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed.• Communication: Communicate migration schedule progress by producing status reports to provide timely and accurate status and decision support information to project teams, business, and IT management. Makes recommendations based on current migration schedule to resolve issues and manage risks.• Plan Management: Effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members.• Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and functional policies and procedures.

Qualifications:• Primary Needs on page 1.• 8+ years of senior business system analyst or project manager experience.• Individual must be able to work full time; will initially work in a remote setting, with transition to on-site in Lake County, at a date to-be-determined.

Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with using Clarity PPM, MS Project, and Excel.• Familiarity with Organization Change Management experience/knowledge.
