The Technology Business Analyst is responsible for facilitating the requirements analysis process, developing strong working relationships with business partners, and building domain expertise. This candidate could also assist or lead Innovation efforts that will move the Business Analysis teams to the next level by leveraging new tools that will help the BAs to work projects effectively across all IT & Business areas. Responsible for managing the requirements/user stories process by acting as a liaison/Tech Product Owner between business stakeholders and the delivery teams to align business needs with a technical design/solutions architecture and end-solution. Elicits, analyzes, and validates project requirements that result in new applications or enhancements to existing applications, systems and/or business process design. Understands business issues and needs that translate into requirements to create the overall solution. Manage the end-to-end requirements process using tools to define the set of processes and approach for each project, as well as issue resolution. Conduct peer reviews and assist clients in assessing the impact and opportunity of new technologies to enable new capabilities. Participate across the project lifecycle team to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications. Must have expertise in requirements management (Agile and Waterfall), SDLC, business process, applications and systems, negotiation skills, and development and technical evaluation. Summary: The Senior-Tech Business Analyst will build business relationships that support the elicitation of requirements for business or IT driven projects. The BA serves a vital function as the key liaison between the business and the technology providers, forging business ideas into concrete requirements, and communicating those requirements in successful formats. The Candidate must have the ability to quickly grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations & systems. The ideal Candidate must have the ability to successfully support multiple projects within this subject area. This includes the ability to identify, analyze and drive problems to resolution, coordinating and advising on complex issues, completing all tasks within committed timeframes, and effectively communicating across teams and levels of management in multiple forms, infographics, PowerPoint, and executive level summaries/dashboards. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments (IA) and gap analysis between IA, Phase 1 and Phase 2 business requirements. Create BA elicitation and analysis plans/timelines to be added to overall LPM Project Kick-offs, complete requirements analysis, maintain requirement repositories, and ensure the solution meets the requirements/business expectations as the subject matter expert through implementation

• Work products include documentation, requirement models, use case scenarios and requirement repositories
• Conduct requirement review sessions to validate requirements with project stakeholders
• Ensure that analysis artifacts follow established standards and processes with consistency
• Review and approve high-level designs, functional specifications, user interface designs, and test cases
• Provide implementation support by attending defect and UAT meetings and participating in pilot/launch activities
• Identify issues and risks, understand, and work it in a manner that mitigates risk to quality, timeline, and scope

• Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of work experience as Business Analyst in IT consulting or related business/industry
• Results and quality driven professional with an ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Ability to work as a team player in matrixed organizations with both business and IT teams, in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
• Be assertive in seeking out solutions, understanding sales flows, engaging impacted team members, and conceptualizing data driven offer/promotions
• Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Data Analyst with extensive analytical experience & knowledgeable in data driven testing
• Understanding of various solution development methodologies
• IIBA, BA or Agile certification is a plus
• Willingness to work extended hours and assume other projects/assignments as directed by management

• 8+ years prior experience eliciting and documenting requirements in the form of business processes, use cases, data requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements
