Role: TeamSite Developer Location: Naperville, ILDuration : Long Term Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Resolve production Incident using Incident Management framework, direct user activities, implement resolution, implement recovery actions.To involve in triaging production issues in TeamSite, provide on-time root cause/solution and fix the issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce Incidents.Co-ordinate with Offshore team to provide solution for production issues.Interaction with clients for project Kick-off meetings, project status meeting and for critical clarifications.Monitoring the live applications created in TeamSite/LiveSite using various tools and making sure the sites are available.Responsible to create/updated content for BCBS public sites using TeamSite and OpenDeploy.Issue analysis, identification of bugs and permanent bug fixes by doing root cause analysis and code changes.Identity the scope for automation and implement the same on timely manner. Key Qualifications:Proficient in implementing CMS Solutions with HP Interwoven Suite of products like TeamSite, Site Publisher, LiveSite and Open Deploy.Good working experience in TeamSite System Administration [Windows and UNIX], Forms Publisher, Form API, Perl, CSSDKCo-Liaison with product vendor for day-to-day support for any product issuesGood knowledge in TeamSite Workflow's - Both WFT and WFM. Primary Skills:TeamSite 7.3.2, LiveSite 7.3.2, OpenDeploy, Data Deploy, Site Publisher, Workflow, PERL, JAVA, J2EE, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Unix.Apart from above listed, he/she should be having good knowledge on JAVA.Secondary Skills:AEM (Adobe enterprise Manager) knowledge.
