Job Description

As Retail Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the commercialization of Bosch Power Tools withspecific

industrialaccounts in the North American market. You will define and execute the channel strategy for those accounts that optimizes product mix KPIs.

  • Work directly with the sales organization to manage product line reviews, packaging updates, product transitions, and new product launches.
  • Responsible for researching and identifying high potential opportunities by assessing the needs of the sales organization and developing an action plan that will drive sustainable sales for the business.
  • Organize DX development and go-to-market strategies for product executions (revolutionary and evolutionary) by understanding the relevant user and dealer needs for specific channels of distribution.
  • Drive category management approach and collaborate with sales team to help develop sell-in and sell-thru programs and promotions.
  • Actively attend and present at national and regional trade shows and customers events.
  • Clearly brief product, logistics, controlling, and brand teams with customer requirements, key visuals, campaigns, and forecasting for time to market projects.
  • Support time to market projects with project forecasts.

Qualifications

  • You are able to apply your prior channel strategy experience, bringing knowledge of digital channel marketing, sales processes, and price positioning.
  • Proficient understanding of user and distributor buying decisions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 6years of commensurate experience is required.
  • You have an entrepreneurial drive; you are curious and thrive in a changing, fluid environment.
  • You are able to connect with people on all levels, across many different functions, building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
  • Desire to work in a performance culture with a strong customer and results orientation.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. You are able to influence others and drive creative ideas and solutions.
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred, though not required
