SAP Program Manager

Job Description

• Fundamental understanding of Digital transformation in accordance and relation to SAP technologies.
• Engage with customers across North America and Mexico, identify areas of transformation through S4 HANA, SAP, envision and articulate potential business solutions and value propositions to the customer
• Envision and develop end-to-end solution architecture for SAP, S4HANA based business solutions, and integration with reporting platforms, analytics and databases, addressing functional and non-functional aspects
• Work in implementation teams and provide architecture governance, technical and design guidance to implementation teams, own, articulate and defend the end-to-end solutions with customer stakeholders
• Effectively communicate with CxO level across the region for key clients.
• Drive growth trajectory for SAP practice in region by providing solutions and value to customer in S/4HANA and related modules
• Strategize growth of SAP business in key geographies. Support sales by Planning and developing key accounts in addition to authoring competent solution proposals, working with internal stake holders, product owners and third-party technology partners. Articulate and Defend solutions with customer stakeholders
• Represent RBEI in industry events and customer workshops and present RBEI products and platform offerings. Articulate solutions and new value Add with SAP for customers and present in forums / large gatherings
• Be on top of trends and technologies on SAP and related platforms to offer value added and beneficial solutions to end customers
• Work with the Practice to ensure contracts & services are delivered as crafted and remain adapted to customer business.
• Ability to consult and influence customer decision and drive the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP Implementation in select vertical esp. in Manufacturing, Automotive
• Strong experience in SAP Implementation with S4HANA Migration is a must.
• Innovation oriented regarding SAP, with proven track record of working on S4/HANA and Cloud transformations, across the full core ERP suite.
• Able to credibly build and explain business cases to customers and Client partners across business and IT.
• Experience with integration of core SAP modules into other areas (e.g. C4, Ariba, Azure etc.) would be desirable.
• Ability to consult and influence customer decision and drive the opportunity.
• Very strong business communications skill in English
• Open to travel as and when required for project and organizational activity purposes.

• Bachelor’s degree/MS in Electronics/Computer Science/ Engineering/IT with an excellent academic record required
• 10+ years’ experience in the software industry with focus on Automotive/Manufacturing and Industrial Automation expertise with good domain Expertise and S4 HANA experience

• Good understanding of presales activities and artifacts building to support the sale teams on project pitch and concepts including business use cases across the platform
