OVERVIEW Seeking the next step in career progression? Apply to the position below! Our client, a Medical Device company located near Lincolnshire, IL, is seeking a Quality Engineer!

SUMMARY Title: Quality Engineer Industry: Medical Device Location: Lincolnshire, IL Duration: 6 Month Contract-Hire

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and implement process flows working cross-functionally
Monitor the effectiveness of processes through the collection and evaluation of metrics
Perform root cause analysis to identify issues, implement corrective and preventive actions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar (preferred)
3+ years of relevant, medical device industry experience
Experience with continuous improvement (familiar with process improvement, methods or principles such as LEAN)
Experience serving as a Quality Engineer within an ISO 13485 environment
Excellent knowledge of Quality Systems
Experience supporting investigations, CAPA, Change Control, MRB
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
