QA Technical Analyst

QA Technical AnalystGeneral Description:Work under general supervision and in a team environment to Create Access Databases from various foreign files to automatically compare data integrity for multiple onboarding projects, create templates and reports for data exception, dissemination, and correction tracking. Run reports and performing various audits to meet team deadlines. Responsibilities - Include, but are not limited to:1. Reviewing multiple foreign files being on boarded and develop field level comparison databases 2. Develop exception report templates for use in external team dissemination and correction reconciliation3. Communicate the noted exceptions to the correct project team and track to completion4. Maintain detailed reference material for all audits developed5. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our processes, procedures, and compliance requirements6. Organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment7. Attend weekly audit findings meeting, and al transfer meetings with relevance to audit development Additional Duties:1. Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training and testing2. Actively participate in identifying process improvement opportunities.3. Perform QA Team daily, monthly, event, and quarterly audits as assigned or needed4. Run required transfer output reports as assigned or needed5. Additional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or some college/technical classes or equivalent experience2. Proficient with Microsoft applications; Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point3. Proficient in SQL & VBA4. Strong attention to detail5. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment6. Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact in a positive and professional manner at all times7. Preferred/Other Qualifications: 1. 1 year mortgage servicing or originating experience2. Previous database programming desired
