- Provide technical support to users via the company’s helpdesk queue
- Troubleshoot end-user issues, focusing on laptops and software updates
- Assist with monitoring network and server status
- Provide weekly status report and escalate issues that are beyond current level of knowledge
- Actively seek to grow technical skillset both through learning on-the-job and through eLearning pursuits
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users
- Familiarity with Windows 10
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows PC issues
- Ability to perform basic laptop maintenance (such as hard drive replacement and RAM upgrades)
- Ability to set up home network or perform other basic networking tasks
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable training/experience
- 1- 3 years of Helpdesk experience
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Working knowledge of SQL queries
