The Full Time- Office Assistant has the responsibility for providing general office support to the office staff, technicians, and act as one of the main points of contact to customers, manufacturers, and warranty companies.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Answer calls on a multi-line phone system in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Check voicemail's and return calls; take notes as needed.

3. Research purchase/part orders

4. Place customer orders

5. Schedule service calls for multiple technicians using a thorough scheduling system

6. Update Warranty Company information

7. Perform general administrative responsibilities as needed including miscellaneous filing, distributing and sending faxes, maintaining inventory, typing various correspondence and lists, preparing weekly outgoing shipments, and running local errands as requested.

8. Backup other office team members as necessary.

9. Any other miscellaneous assignments given by management

10. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as needed.

HOURS: Monday- Friday- 10-6, with the some Saturdays to meet business needs

EDUCATION REQUIRED

High School diploma

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1-3 years previous office support experience preferred, but not required . Excellent communication and organizational skills. Looking for someone who is motivated.

COMMUNICATION

Ability to read and interpret documents such as warranties, maps, paperwork, manuals.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Located in well lighted office with some distraction from other employees.

SALARY

This is an entry level position, rate is $12-16, based on experience
