HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Assembler Line Workers (Full-Time) 1st Shift

AAF Flanders is in search of assembly line workers for our developing team at Momence, IL. We are looking for someone who is organized, can work in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Assemblers perform a variety of tasks that are necessary to the production process and support in the manufacturing of component parts and products for distribution. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday thru Thursday 5:30 am to 4:00 pm

Friday and Saturday 5:30 am to 2:00 pm (mandatory overtime)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assemble filters by placing various materials into pre-assembled filter frames

Inspect assembled filters for material defects and frame quality

Seal inspected filters with PVC shrink film (when applicable)

Ensure quality product is packaged to be prepared for shipment cut various materials to size per customer requirements

Maintain a clean and organized work are according to the housekeeping procedures and checklist

Cross-train in various departments when down time presents itself

Attention to detail is a must, be exact and accurate when performing the job.

Perform other duties as assigned

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be comfortable using various required tools

MUST be able to follow verbal and written directions

Must have basic math skills

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

Prior Work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required

Previous warehouse experience is acceptable

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
