Job Description

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working directly with Imperium 7 customers through many channels as a valued resource and trusted advisor, helping their business grow. You will strive to deliver a human and helpful Support experience through creative problem-solving, a consultative approach, and a deep and thorough knowledge of how Imperium 7 works.

Salary range: $44000 - $52000 per year.

Customer Service Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services

  • Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled

  • Handle customer complaints or concerns

  • Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role

  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette

  • Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Flexible schedule
