- Experienced UX/UI designer with exceptional design, creativity and production skills. Candidate will be UX and Design Ops team. This team values great design experiences and prioritize it across every single thing we build. This role will help candidate progress in career via practicing hands on design at scale for global markets, access to world class DesOps and experience toolchain and ownership of creating seamless user experience. UX/UI designer hybrid role with strong focus on production design.
- Ambitious and motivated UI forward designer with strong UX skills. Explorative, curious and passionate designer who is able to advocate for the end user and comprehensively explain process/decision making. Someone who is able to make their own decisions be an strong individual contributor, as well as collaborate with various teams. Understanding of business vs user needs and ability to marry the two. Ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of their decision making, push back when necessary and educate the team on reasonings. Attention to detail, in design and communication is a key. This role combines growing and managing a design system, while hands on design to create usable digital assets, Strong visual and interaction skills and the ability to help shape product strategy will be imperative as candidate will lead the design direction and strive to push forward design quality.
- Experience creating, maintaining, expanding Design Systems.
- Ability to utilize design patterns in new creative ways.
- Fluency in Sketch, inVision, Abstract, working knowledge of Google Analytics, Bootstrap, AEM .
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment.
- URL/profile or case studies featuring examples of interaction design work
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design
- Ability to execute on visual and interaction details
- Experience designing for groups of people (international audiences, multi-language localization, accessibility for people with disabilities, etc.)
- Experience in Motion design
