PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR/ASST. MANAGER

GENERAL SUMMARY/BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB:? The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Directors in providing administrativeand clinical leadership. Presents self as a dedicated health care professional, patient advocate,mentor and leader. The Patient Care Coordinator provides leadership to the nursing staff,provides training and orientation to new dialysis employees, enforces policies and procedures,and ensures compliance with CMS guidelines, JCAHO, and other regulatory agencies. Inaddition, he/she functions as staff nurse.Qualifications/Requirements:3 years HemoDailysis experience required

Ability to complete job duties autonomously
