Job Description
Client Service Assistant will perform customer interaction tasks to support a sales team for new customer onboarding. Candidates with great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast pace environment are encouraged to apply to this direct-hire role. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager with customer correspondence, account reviews, team training, and reporting.Salary range: $38000 - $48000 per year.Responsibilities- Receive and resolve, within established guidelines, customer issues, questions and concerns.
- Monitor, resolve, document, and prepare reports on all customer complaints, driver route sheets, and call-in sheets and all customer problems relating to operations and coordinate with sales.
- Research and complete customer refunds and submit completed paper works for approval before being submitted to Accounts Receivable for payment.
- Download, distribute, and answer all customer questions received via email.
- Maintain a positive attitude, and promote the company image by focusing on employee partnership, cooperation, and positive telephone and email manners.
- Make sure the customer service area is neat always and orderly and ensure proper greeting of all visitors.
- Support marketing and sales efforts with industry events, exhibits, or other sales-based events when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
- Prior customer service/sales experience is an asset.
- Self-motivated, always curious, and consistently eager to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.
- Can take ownership of challenging scenarios and bring them to resolution.
- Have a clear, professional, and informative communication style.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
