Entry Level Sales Assistant

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will be the eyes for our client, fielding customer inquiries, and finding advanced ways to respond. Working in a joint and engaging environment, you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. You will be the face of the company and you will help create the best customer shopping experience possible.

Salary range: $36000 - $46000 per year.

• Enter new orders electronically.

• Assist with customer communication.

• Process and track Ship direct orders as requested

• Enter part numbers electronically and assist with scheduling orders

• Provide information on the status of in-house orders to Sales Department as required

• General filing and e-filing

• Process and track proof of deliveries as requested

• Be familiar with our sales targets and aim to achieve and exceed them, individually and as a team

• Prioritize our customer service above all other tasks

• To be familiar with and offer services according to the needs of customers to maximize and/or generate sales

• To provide support by maintaining an optimal store image that is attractive to customers at all times

• Work with clients and internal teams, assists in driving all sales campaign requirements to bring opportunities to a successful close event

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

• Previous retail and/or sales experience a major plus

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in and be an integral part of a team environment with many different individuals and multiple priorities

• Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills
