Job Description

Client Service Assistant will perform customer interaction tasks to support a sales team for new customer onboarding. Candidates with great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast pace environment are encouraged to apply to this direct-hire role. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager with customer correspondence, account reviews, team training, and reporting.

Salary range: $38000 - $48000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for client presentations by assembling product literature, forms, client reports, and other applicable information. Extensive responsibility for the preparation of account paperwork.

  • Effectively manage customer inquiries and questions regarding various products and services. If appropriately licensed, meet with prospective clients individually to describe product offerings.

  • Submit communications

  • Handle marketing and sales projects as needed.

  • Support the representatives and advisors with seminars, including marketing/promotion, maintaining seminar supplies, and collecting prospective client data.

Qualifications

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication skills required

  • Problem-solving experience

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to balance a strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail
