Sr. Fund Accountant

In the subject line, type "Sr. Fund Accountant"The Senior Fund Accountant will be primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions for the Firm’s investment funds.Manage the monthly closing process with the 3rd party fund administrator for multiple entities, including operating expenses and account reconciliations

Perform review of monthly/quarterly trial balances prepared by the 3rd party fund administrator and identify and resolve issues

Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly GAAP financial reporting and investor capital statements for the private funds

Annual audit coordination with the external auditors and assistance in the review and preparation of audited financial statements

Assist with investor reporting and coordinate the capital call and distribution process with the 3rd party fund administrator

RequirementsREQUIREMENTSMinimum 3+ years of experience

Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA is a plus

Experience with financial services accounting and financial reporting

Public accounting experience
