Attorney/Lawyer

The Attorney position is a long-term contract opportunity in the Chicago, Illinois, area.Key responsibilities

Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

Analyze and summarize legal documents

Work with clients and correspond with opposing counsel

Requirements - Commercial Contracts experience preferred

Commercial real estate experience desired

Deep understanding of Draft Agreements

Draft Agreements experience

Adeptness in contract negotiation

Contract negotiation experience highly desired

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

Stellar academic credentials and references

Able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules

Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

Licensed attorney

Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
