The CRM Engineer I will have exposure to every aspect of our day-to-day workings with Salesforce.com as a CRM Platform, as well as various related systems. For someone that is passionate about technology, user support and training, with foundational skills in administering and configuring Salesforce.com, this role will provide great growth opportunity and mentorship.

responsibilities:

Supports and collaborates with teammates in Distribution and Marketing on strategic technology initiatives
Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable intelligence for the Distribution and Marketing teams
Empower user acceptance testing by writing detailed test scripts and support all business user testing efforts
As a key contributor to training and development, create static and video content for Salesforce functionality with step-by-step walk throughs and explanations
Own and develop a Salesforce technical documentation library - document creation and maintenance covering details about new solutions or enhancements to existing solutions, support knowledge articles, business processes etc.
Manage internal user support case queue
- Provide frontline break-fix support of Salesforce and related technologies (Pardot, Yoxel, Seismic, SalesPage etc.)
- Troubleshoot issues
- Work with Vendors other departments for assistance in issue resolution as needed
Support Salesforce development efforts including performing data loads in refreshed Sandbox instances
User management - provision new Salesforce users, including allocation of 3rd party vendor licenses, own process to de-activate users
Support the managing of Salesforce roles, profiles, and permission sets as required
Monitor and manage Salesforce data backups and perform bi-annual backup/restore validations
