Job Description:

Experience in creating release script as per the deployment and fallback steps

Experience to create and coordinate release planning activities including internal/external comms, release Script and scope review meetings , Go No Go meetings.
Experience in managing complex releases (Infrastructure, DB etc.,)
Service Now tool experience
SharePoint experience
Experience in working with various SDLC stages and PRODwith insight enabling individuals to keep cross-functional teams informed/aligned
Excellent communication skills in English
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

Roles and Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact for the releases/Portfolios assigned
Coordinate with App Dev and Testing teams
Act with other managers as a team.
Be responsible for the alignment and communication of all planned releases for PROD.
Act as a gatekeeper for the deployments.
Analyze and produce Release statistics and management reports for the leadership
