5+ years knowledge and experience applying Agile practices and principles including Scrum and/or Kanban, including demonstrated ability to inspect and adapt Agile practices to various situations.5+ years of experience working as part of a SAFe ART.5+ years of presentation skills and experience communicating, collaborating, and influencing audiences across an organization.Confirmed team player with the ability to work reciprocally with a variety of stakeholders from executives to practitioners.Excellent social and influencing skills with demonstrated relationship-building skills.Strong data analysis skills.Strong active listening skills.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Prior work item tracking tool (TFS, Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.) experience.Experience in a highly regulated business environment.Additional Licensing and Certification: SAFe SPC/SA, CST, CSPO, A-CSPO, A-CSM, CSP-SM/PO, ACP, CTC, CEC, CAL (or equivalents).
