IT: Build and Release Engineer (Remote)

Lead the design and development of our next generation Continuous Integration & Delivery system, which powers our polyglot (C, Python, JavaScript, C#, Scala) set of platformsModernize our tooling for faster build times and accelerate developer productivity and deployment velocityWork closely with our engineering teams to identify developer pain points and eliminate themAutomate operational tasks, streamline our processes to scale, and identify process and technology gapsPartner with development and infrastructure teams to keep environments healthy, including triage and support as necessaryHelp educate and level up the broader organization as it relates to Continuous Delivery and SDLC best practices Qualities that make great candidates:3+ years of experience with distributed build and CI systems for large scale products, spanning from build through to releaseExperience with continuous integration / continuous delivery platforms such as GitLab (preferred), Jenkins, Azure DevOps or equivalent solutionsYou have breadth of knowledge on a variety of techniques and tools in the areas of build, test, deploy, and releaseHands-on experience building C applications and systems at scaleDemonstrated expertise with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, and managing containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, Nomad) at scaleExperience with tools such as valgrind, vtune, gperftools, gtest is highly beneficial
