Responsibilities:

Scripting experience : Perl, python, bash, ksh, and/or PowerShell
Experience with data collection, log analysis as well as performing root cause analysis
Architecting, implementing, and operating large scale Linux-based HPC, Infrastructure and Parallel file systems.
Monitor installation of software releases, patches of the operating system, and third-party utilities with emphasis on overall system security

Requirements:

Architecting, implementing, and operating large scale Linux-based HPC, Infrastructure and Parallel file systems.
High Throughput / low latency Network solutions such as Infiniband and 100GbE / 40 GbE /10GbE. Experience with Juniper and Mellanox networks is preferred not required.
Schedulers such as UGE (SGE), SLRUM, PBS, and LSF
Cluster management tools such as Bright Computing, Rocks, OpenHPC
