Senior Product Manager

A quickly growing start up crypto company in Chicago is looking to bring on a Senior Product Manager to the team. You would help lead the design, development and implementation of next generation Crypto Spending and Payments services. This growing company is looking for a candidate who is looking to take on a leadership role in a fintech company. You will be working with a team to refire the Crypto Spending and payments strategies, while aligning with the organization's overall goal. You will also have to understand the users' pain-point and come up with solutions for those problems. Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in FINTECH
• 5+ years experience within debit/credit cards programs is a must
• Experience in product design and development
• Experience establishing pricing strategies, negotiating processor agreements and implementing customer agreements

• B.S. in a STEM field, Graduate degree is a plus
• Experience in crypto, tech or financial services
• Experience working for a rapidly growing startup and managing change
