Senior SDET for Global Retailer with JavaScript and Cross-Browser Testing Experience

This global apparel leader is looking to add 1-2 additional fully remote QA Automation Testers to their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity, working with team members that have been a part of the organization for over 15 years. This group is responsible building automated tests for the UI across all web and mobile platforms, for all the brands in their portfolio. This is a fully Automated environment using JavaScript for Automation. This role will deal will be focused on Cross-Browser testing for both web and mobile web browsers, utilizing JavaScript and TestCafe. They are also using a cutting edge tool that is a competitor to Browserstack, so any experience with that or similar tools is a plus. The ideal candidate can have experience with any JavaScript Framework/Tool (Cypress, WebdriverIO, Puppeteer, Chai) as they are happy to train. Solid UI testing experience, Cross-browser, functional and Regression will be the focus. They also need experience working with Jenkins and have the ability to make changes related to the automation built into the pipeline. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Testing experience
• 4+ years of Test Automation with strong UI testing Experience
• 1+ year with JavaScript or TypeScript, working with TestCafe, Cypress, WebdriverIO or other JavaScript Frameworks
• Jenkins experience
• Testing experience in a Linux environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to try and break things, so it can be improved!

• 100% automation - Only do Manual to validate when an issue is found
• 100% UI testing

• Built Automation and improve the tests that are currently being run
• Regular regression testing and looking for issues before they cause major issues
• Working in Jenkins to add tests to the CI and also fix issues
