Our team is a close-knit group including people with product and project management backgrounds. We operate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and we have a lot of collaboration among ourselves, with partner teams, and with senior stakeholders.You will be a key member of the team developing the overall strategy and roadmap for this transformation, including the roadmap for new tools and processes.Responsibilities:Acts as the voice of the client, articulating and championing their needs and ensuring client satisfaction goals are met
Partners with the business to understand current challenges, own current / future processes include documenting flows, gathers and evaluates internal client requirements with firmwide tool capabilities
Aligns the client's business strategy with the roadmap and set measurable performance objectives (OKRs)
Manages the project delivery for each client project requirements, build, testing and go live in collaboration with Product Design teams, including the escalation of risk, issues, dependencies
Coordinates client rollout and communications in partnership with the Business Readiness & Communication teams
Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholder groups
Liaise with Technology teams to define estimates for proposed development work, and interpret prioritization efforts
Ability to skillfully break down projects to key milestones, identifying critical dependencies, and driving project to on time delivery
Own current state analysis that includes documenting the end to end business processes as well as future state analysis and process flows
Required skills and qualificationsMinimum of 5 years of product management, project management or business process re-engineering experience
Prior experience and understanding of Client Service, Implementations and CIB Operations business areas and lifecycle knowledge preferred
Prior experience of Product Management in financial services preferred
Ability to build strong relationships within a short time period - Experience in managing stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills; including generating presentations and effectively communicating at all levels including senior management
Logical and structured approach to planning and problem solving, attention to detail
Prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Curious, inquisitive, and motivated to deliver value to users & clients
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
