Senior Full Stack Java Developer/Fully Remote

They work to combat world hunger by partnering with farmers to increase crop yields. They are building out a digital services team here in Chicago, and are looking for a backend developer to lead the efforts building out their core platform. The ideal candidate will have significant experience developing web applications in Java. An understanding of microservices is also expected, as the platform will be built in Springboot. Candidates will be working full stack, so a good understanding of JavaScript is also crucial. Other fitting skills include CI/CD implementation, and familiarity working with large datasets.
