Location: Chicago, IL Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technology manager, AEM Platform
Primary Responsibilities/Duties:• Manage delivery of AEM projects and get involved in specific with execution team if needed • Act as Technical Lead for AEM discussions and support business technical leads & business system analyst from Technical knowledge standpoint• AEM implementation hands on experience would be essential (role will not require live implementation) • Contribute to new capability and functionality discussion regarding AEM • Tracking of new projects which are prioritized by CX• Forecasting and scheduling of work based on priority• Proactively reach out to teams to ensure project deadlines are met• Work with minimal oversight; projects are delivered on time, delays are proactively communicated to avoid escalation• Move a project forward with less than perfect information• Responsible to represent the business technology team when providing status updates• Responsible to identify re-use opportunities, suggest MVP solutions, streamline overall processSkills/Experience Requirements• Experience managing projects / scrum master - agile development projects preferred• Previous experience working with web applications - AEM preferred• Worked in an agile/scrum environment• Strong IT analysis and communication skills• Ability to self-manage time and priorities• UI knowledge proficiency to support content authoring activities• Overall 10+ years of experience in above areasContact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
