Jensen Hughes has an exciting new position for a Senior Analyst in our Chicago, Illinois office. The position could possibly be based in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin or anywhere in the greater Chicago area. The position will conduct research and analysis on a wide variety of investigation subjects with a focus in TVRM. The successful candidate joins a rapidly growing consulting firm and will report directly to our Open Source Intelligence business. Collaborate with other analysts to accomplish assigned tasks.

Create and maintain detailed descriptions of investigative searches and methods

Keep current on public records resources in the U.S.

Stay up to date on social media platforms and open-source investigation tools and techniques

Prepare well-written documentation of investigative findings

Ensure work is completed on time and within budget

Bachelor's degree or Higher and 2-4 years of relevant experience or four years of military service with analytical training

Analyze and evaluate data and information, and summarize findings in a clear and concise manner for stakeholders and clients

Experience in OSINT work including social media and open source public records

Experience navigating investigative research methodologies is desirable, experience that is beneficial includes the use of online public records portals, on-site systems for municipal courthouses and agencies, and subscription databases (e.g., Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, TLO, Accurint).

Ability to construct search strings and use of Boolean operators for database research

Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel

Self-motivated, friendly and enthusiastic worker, who enjoys being part of a team

Excellent organization and writing ability

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and deadlines

Position would ideally be based in the greater Chicago metro areas but a qualified candidate could also be based in a surrounding Midwest state.
