Principal Software Engineer Java

We are unable to sponsor as this is a permanent full time roleA prestigious financial company is on the search for a Principal Software Engineering – Java. This principal will help develop next generation options clearing services. This person must have heavy experience with Java and have industry experience in the financial markets/trading. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop features and tests to ensure requirements are fulfilled following secure and
• resilient coding practices
• Participate in supporting other internal development and testing teams in integrating releases
• Participate in agile ceremonies to maximize team performance and enable high-quality communication with all stakeholders
• Provide constructive code review for other team members code contributions
• Provide suggestions and leadership to ensure that the team maintains a culture of continuous improvement
