Full Stack Web Developer

Design and implementation of a single page web application as the front end to a sophisticated Portfolio Accounting and Investment Performance system. Initial goal of the web app is to serve as a decision support tool for CIOs (Chief Investment Officers) and their teams. The web app must deal with complex portfolio accounting data, create complex visualizations, create and manage grids of data, easily navigate data relationships / supporting documents and offer great performance. Management of events, notifications and support of workflows are also planned capabilities. The Product team is operating as a startup team within our C&IS business. Technical requirements: • JavaScript (ES2018) developer working with React and Node • Working knowledge of React component lifecycle & best practices • Experience with Redux workflow • Familiarity with REST APIs & services • Experience with Jest or similar JavaScript testing • Familiar with customizing Material-UI components • Familiar with CSS in JS techniques (E.g., styled components or JSS) • Experience with BEM & ITCSS methodologies • Translate InVision designs while considering business & functional requirements • Familiarity with styling React components & Node based build environments • Experience building responsive FE experiences • Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Bitbucket, JIRA, Bamboo)
