ML Scientist

This is for a Machine Learning Engineering role that can support Data Scientists by writing software to integrate with Machine Learning Models and Analytics, troubleshooting performance issues, product ionizing and improving performance issues, designing cloud and system architectures, and helping the improve the reliability and visibility of production projects . Job Responsibilities:Work to troubleshoot performance issuesDesign features to integrate with Machine Learning models and analytics.Create solutions to fix scalability issues with data science algorithms and analysis. Create production logging and visibility into applications and models. Building data and CI/CD pipelines.Keep stories, tasks, and feature up to date.Create dashboards to visualize the reliability and quality of models, apis, other software.Create alerting to notify of quality and sla degradationCreate alertsCreate Kubernetes installations via kustomize to provide tenants with functionality.Develop some Databricks patterns to accelerate productivity. Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.Experience working with Data Scientists and Analytics EngineersExpert ability to work independently and manage one’s time.Expert mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.Expert knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.Expert ability to use Apache SparkExpert ability to support Data Scientist as a Machine Learning Engineer.Expert ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure .Preferred: Setup of Monitoring and Alerting in AzureKnowledge of Kubernetes and Azure Databricks.Export knowledge of Python, Scala and SQLKnowledge of one of the React/NodeJS helpful Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required. Master's degree preferred.8+ years experience required.
