- Assist with walk up requests, handle email requests, answer calls arriving at the Support Center and accurately identify, prioritize and log the incident ticket within the established standards.
- Maintain asset inventory for the full life cycle of any tracked asset.
- After hours and evening support is also a requirement. This position also has a 24x7 on call rotation. The on-call rotation is 1 week every 6 weeks. (this only applies to FTE’s)
- Identify, create, maintain, and update IT and end user documentation.
- Support the IT team in the maintenance of computer hardware, software and other systems.
- Maintain current knowledge of new and developing technologies that can be utilized in support of current or future incidents.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Understands and demonstrates the Company’s core values.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree
- Strong Windows experience, specifically Active Directory, O365, etc.
- Proven experience with Imaging, Video Conferencing (Zoom), VPN support, Print Management Tools, etc.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- MAC experience is a nice to have
- Proficiency with Windows 10
