- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, research analysts, and engineers to design enhancements for enterprise tools
- Work with other designers to create consistent and intuitive navigation and design patterns throughout our operational tools
- Explore and consider a variety of design directions to arrive at creative, thoughtful design solutions
- Utilize holistic design patterns to create a cohesive and coherent product experience.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, specs, and/or lightweight prototypes
- Balance qualitative and quantitative data to make user-centered design decisions
- Conduct and participate in design reviews with a range of stakeholders across the organization
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and business needs
- Advocate for prioritization of changes, refinements, and improvements to the user experience
- Develop design system guidelines across various communication channels as they relate to software tools and solutions
- Provide and solicit feedback from other designers, stakeholders, and users to continually raise the quality of your designs—you excel at working with other teammates to innovate and improve design standards and usability
- Keep current with advances in interaction and contemporary design patterns
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience as an interaction designer
- Experience designing enterprise tools for employees while also working to create a consistent design system for internal tools
- Experience with adapting tools for accessibility and localization
- Experience collaborating with teams of designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers throughout the design process and creating artifacts to document the designs and user experience
- Experience designing across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and relentless attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to define, plan, and lead design projects forward
- Proficiency in UX Design tools such as Figma/Sketch (or similar) to create user interfaces
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects demonstrating user-centered design solutions with measurable outcomes (include online portfolio link with resume)
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
