UX Designer

Chicago's cutting-edge financial technology company is looking to add an experienced UX designer to their team in order to upgrade customers' experience with the company's software products. They currently have over 7 million customers with more on the way as you help them fine tune their services. Their AI technology software has propelled them into becoming one of the top and biggest credit lending companies in the United States. Their products allow them to provide easy access to credit for both consumers and businesses while also offering financial solutions based on analytics. As a UX Designer, you will be working with analytics to pinpoint trends and offer solutions on improvements.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in HCI or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in UX Design for B2B or B2C products
• Experience with prototyping and using tools such as Sketch and Figma
• Ability to work in a team
• Able to critically think and devise solutions
• Ability to take feedback and incorporate it to their work

• Able to understand frameworks such as HTML5, JavaScript, etc
